- Bi-weekly check-ins during the onboarding phase (30 minutes)
- Honest, candid feedback — what works, what doesn't, what's missing
- Willingness to share anonymised usage patterns to improve the platform
- At least one operational system you're willing to connect during the pilot
- A nominated point of contact who can commit 2–3 hours per month
